Project Overview / Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting support for professional exempt full-time positions.

Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from intake to offer.

Conduct requisition reviews and develop sourcing strategies.

Perform HR interviews with candidates.

Advise hiring leaders throughout the interview process.

Prepare and extend offers.

Modernize existing applications and services in AWS.

Develop enhancements and resolve defects for AWS applications and services.

Modernization of legacy applications into AWS Lambda.

Development of new AWS-based applications planned for 2027.

Ongoing enhancements and support of existing cloud applications.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong experience with:

TypeScript

Java

AWS Lambda

DynamoDB

API Gateway

REST Services

GitHub Actions / CI/CD

Vendor integrations

Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training.

Previous experience working in similar cloud modernization initiatives is highly preferred.

Team Size & Culture

Team of approximately five engineers.

Collaborative environment with frequent cross-team interaction.

Cross-Functional Interaction

Will partner with other Corporate IT teams that provide shared services.

Regular collaboration with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
