QA Lead

Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Boston, MA - onsite

Length: 6-10 months

Must Have:

Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a lead.

Candidate should have experience in creating testing strategy (functional, nonfunctional tests, automation approach) and coordinating with senior stakeholders for delivery of the test plan.

Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in functional testing.

Candidate should have good communication skills, committed and passionate to drive their tasks independently.

Should have good understanding of capital markets concepts

Stocks, Bonds

Bond Forwards, Futures

Swaps

Should have good understanding of trading lifecycle.

Candidate should be well versed in Python.

Nice to Have:

Experience in working in Front or Middle office of an Asset management firm.

Automation experience in technologies such as Selenium, Cucumber or Karate Framework.--
