MUST be a TRUE QA LEAD with hands on experience ideally engaging with data engineering team(s), proposing testing strategies and be able to write Python scripts for data recons

We are not looking for just a heads down automation tester per say, but someone that can work with business and then toss it over the fence to QA Lead and team for testing. Person must be able to partner with business with strong communication skills.
