Please share an example of a time when you led a team that included both onshore and offshore members. How did you ensure effective communication, collaboration, and cohesion across different locations and individuals?

Position Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Position Location: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 remotely

Most preferred location: Jacksonville, Miamisburg or Pittsburgh (no particular order).

Secondary Options: Strongsville, Dallas, Phoenix, Birmingham

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily:

Attend/participate in daily standups to provide updates on user stories assigned

Be accessible during hours of operation which is between 8AM-5PM EST, Monday -Friday

Actively work on user stories assigned

Work with team members with any questions/concerns/blocker

 Weekly:

 Attend/participate in Sprint Planning sessions

 Attend/participate in Backlog Refinement sessions

 Biweekly:

 Attend/participate in the application demos to the line of business.

 Attend/participate in the crew's Retrospective meetings (depending of team, can be weekly)

Must Have Technical Skills: Level 4: 6+ YRS
