Location: Offshore-India, but must be able to work US core business hours (remote)

Quality System Configuration Specialist
The purpose of this role is to assist system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.
This is an urgent backfill for a previous contractor. Seeking candidates who have:
Experience with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
SQL experience required.
Past scripting experience preferred (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
SharePoint experience preferred.
Job Duties:
Provides daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance application).
Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
Performs several system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
Assists with software validation and change control activities.
Assists with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
Assists with the development of training materials.
