JLC Notes:

While we do not have any documentation for the FA role, we expect the person to help us with our incidents/enhancement backlog and provide optimal solution. We are currently using PeopleSoft 9.2 (tool version 8.16.17 ) Financial Aid. We are also in implementation phase for Student Aid Eligibility (SAE) and plan to start implementing Student Financial Planning (SFP) in few months. We want the person in FA role to also guide us with whether a particular request in our backlog should be handled in PeopleSoft FA or the feature will be available in our current implementation of SAE or future implementation of SFP.

We are expecting the person will have most of the following knowledge / skills.

PoepleSoft Product Experience:
