100% Remote role

6- Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and improve our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, configure and maintain the system, and work closely with business users to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.

Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.

Configure and maintain custom fields, objects, layouts, validation rules, and automation (flows, process builder, workflow rules).

Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training.

Maintain data quality through data imports, deduplication, and audits.

Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and implement scalable solutions.

Manage third-party integrations and AppExchange applications.

Monitor system usage and adoption, and recommend best practices for optimization.

Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and new features and assess their impact.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, best practices, and limitations.

Experience with automation tools such as Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

Proficiency in report and dashboard creation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules.

  • Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and other integration tools.

  • Knowledge of basic Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning development is a plus.

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.).

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
