We are seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant to ensure Salesforce data integrity, provide operational support, and enhance the overall user experience. This is a great remote opportunity for someone with strong Salesforce knowledge and customer-facing support skills.
Responsibilities

Ensure Salesforce data integrity and manage enhancements.

Support sales and operations teams with Salesforce-related needs.

Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce requests.

Troubleshoot, train, and improve the user experience.
Requirements

Experience in a Sales Support, Administrative, or Customer-facing role .

Hands-on experience using Salesforce as an End User or Administrator .

Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles .
