Interview Process : 1-2 internal video interviews & 1 client round

10+ years QE/Testing with 5+ years leadership + AI-driven/intelligent automation piloting + enterprise test automation (UI/API/integration/data) + CI/CD integration + microservices/cloud understanding + stakeholder management & communication.

QE Lead

Looking for a QE lead to act as a strategic enabler. Client is actively experimenting with AI and next-gen quality assurance techniques and is seeking someone with strong client and stakeholder management to lead QE delivery.

10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing, with 5+ years in a lead or manager role

Proven experience managing QE delivery for enterprise-scale applications

Experience applying or piloting AI-driven testing or intelligent automation

Strong background in test automation (UI, API, integration, and/or data testing)

Hands-on experience integrating QE into CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of modern software architectures (microservices, cloud, APIs)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
