Hybrid (3 days on site in Washington DC, Local Candidates Only)

Position Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Key Technologies: Maximo, Selenium, SOAPUI, JIRA, RALLY, PowerBI,

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Qualifications: Bachelor's, ISTQB or QA certification

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for small to mid-sized IT projects.

• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and scripts.

• Perform both manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium , SOAPUI , and Appium .

• Conduct API testing for RESTful and SOAP-based services.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure testing aligns with project objectives.

• Manage and track defects using tools like JIRA or Rally.

• Create QA documentation and provide regular project status updates.

• Support data validation and reporting using PowerB I and SQL.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of QA experience, including leadership roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Maximo and Cityworks .

• Technical Proficiency:

• Selenium, SOAPUI, REST/SOAP APIs

• SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL

• PowerBI, Jenkins, GitHub

• Appium, Perfecto (Mobile Testing)

• JIRA, Rally

• Familiarity with Microsoft .Net, Java, PHP/MySQL applications

• Experience in the Utilities sector

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification

• Knowledge of Log4j, JDBC, and CI/CD tools
