Senior UX Researcher and Designer

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the following:

Leading generative research (field studies, interviews)

Conducting evaluative research (usability testing, A/B testing)

Wireframing user journeys from research findings

Translating research hypotheses into structured research plans

Applying mixed-method research strategies

Performing statistically sound analysis

Recruiting users aligned with target demographics and behavior

Preventing research bias, over-generalization, and under-representation

Driving user-centered digital strategies informed by evidence and analytics

Promoting cross-functional adoption of UX research methodologies

Delivering evidence-based solutioning across teams

Desirable Skills & Experience

Preferred qualifications include

• Certification in Evaluation Practice (TEI) or equivalent

• 10+ years analyzing qualitative and quantitative datasets

• Strong understanding of statistical principles

• Experience in cross-disciplinary teams (product, engineering, data)

• Group synthesis facilitation experience

• Strong accessibility and inclusive research practices

• Diverse representation in prior UX research and design projects
