Position: Software Integration/Software Test Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL– 100% onsite

Duration: 12 month contract

Interview: 2 video conference interviews with coding

US citizens only with Active Secret Clearnce.

Ability to get a clearance is not acceptable, must be active

Job Description

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.

Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.

Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.

Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.

Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.

Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.

Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Required Experience:

At least 4+ years of experience with C++

At least 4+ years of experience in integration

At least 4+ years of experience working in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL), including test planning, procedure development, and execution of manual and automated tests

At least 4+ years of experience working in an Agile team environment (daily scrums, sprint cadence, program increments, and release schedules)

At least 4+ years of experience scripting automated tests and performing data analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB)

At least 4+ years of experience in hardware and software integration, including use of COTS and custom tools to evaluate software against requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions

At least 4+ years of experience analyzing software defects and resolving system-level issues
