About the role
Sr. Manager – Infrastructure Program Manager
Location: Frisco, TX - hybrid
Required Skills: Must have: experience with Agile environments, Jira Board, 5+ years in management or leadership, managing multi million dollar initiatives/ projects, resource planning, budgeting, background in Infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience managing projects in two or more of the following technical disciplines: network architecture, cloud engineering, virtualization, storage, infrastructure automation, database management, or security infrastructure.
Experience in managing teams working across multiple, diverse technologies and operational environments.
Experience working in Jira, creating project plans, and managing project budgets

Project/Day to Day Information:
Lead and manage multiple infrastructure initiatives and tasks, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and ensure transparency.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize work, and ensure seamless integration and delivery. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Develop, mentor, and grow a high-performing, diverse project team, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements throughout all aspects of project management.
Build necessary reports and dashboards for executive tracking and communications.
