Sr. Syndigo Support Engineer and Java Application

Requirement

looking for a long-term Support Engineer - one with 4-5 years of experience in the following

• River Sand MDM

• Syndigo - MDM

• Ability to augment Java code for downstream data

Technical support for Syndigo River Sand (Product Information Management) platforms and Java applications.

Long term fixes for recurring issues, raising change requests and coordination with CAB for releases

Timely communication with Walmart stakeholders specially product owner and leads Weekly Status reports

Work with Syndigo team in reporting and getting resolution of product issues

Documenting configuration changes and maintaining version control including Supporting pre & post release activities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syndigo including integrations, Java application functionality, and system performance.

Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Analyze system logs and monitoring tools to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
