About the role
What you bring to the role:
A Bachelor's of Master's degree in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, human computer interaction, or other related disciplines and 3+ years of UX/UI product design experience. B2B SaaS experience preferred - at a minimum must be able to work in a highly complex domain.
Proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design skills, trends, and disciplines as well as high attention to detail.
Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma and ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity.
Experience working with Agile and/or Lean UX environments.
Well-rounded presentation skills and verbal and written communication
Portfolio that demonstrates high quality design work with examples of producing clarity from ambiguity.
Comfort with complexity, and the ability to prioritize and make trade-offs that balance user needs, design quality, and business realities.
