Telecom Test Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to review design documents and ensure complete test coverage.

-Conduct functional demos and clarify technical aspects of changes to cross-functional teams.

-Serve as the technical interface for issue resolution, driving closure and ensuring quality outcomes.

-Support testing efficiency initiatives, including test optimization and reusability.

-Participate in Agile/DevOps workflows and CI/CD practices as needed.

Required Skills

Requirements

• -6+ years of experience in the telecom domain as a tester, developer, or QA lead.

• -Strong understanding of telecom workflows (e.g., order-to-activate, billing, product catalog, provisioning).

• -Proficient in testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, and automation platforms.

• -Exposure to automation frameworks is an advantage.

• -Experience in defect management and coordination across teams.

• -Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and multi-vendor coordination skills.

• -Willingness to work from office and flexible to support extended hours/weekends as required.
