Focusing on group migrations for ACA
Gap Analysis - enrollment/membership/billing/claims
Business orientation side - speak to critical work flows- billing/claims/payments- hands on experience in healthcare domain functionalities
EDI transactions in a business domain - how data flows through in healthcare domain
Worked through projects in Healthcare - HIPPA Regulations
BlueCard experience BCBSA - understanding is a plus
Coordination within teams and hands on looking into files / file transfer experience
8-12 years' experience
Lead projects and offshore - driving project
Involved in testing across lines of business (Medicare/ACA/HMO/PPO)
Data/ETL is a plus- do not need an ETL expert more focus on test/test lead in HC environment
