About the role
Role : Tier 1 Production Support Analyst
Interview process: 2 interviews; the 2nd round will be in person.
Location : Hybrid, 2-3 times a month onsite in Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, or Columbia, MD. Candidates MUST reside in the DMV area.
Duration : 12-month contract-to-hire

Summary : Client is seeking a Tier 1 Production Support Analyst to monitor and resolve production incidents related to EDI 837 and 999 transaction processing within Jenkins pipelines. The role will be responsible for monitoring production environments using Dynatrace and Jenkins, troubleshooting and resolving issues by following established operational runbooks, supporting partner health plan operations, and assisting with ad hoc production support tasks. This position also participates in a rotating on-call schedule for one week each month and may occasionally (not regularly) require work beyond 40 hours to support critical production issues.
5+ years of experience in a production support role
Experience troubleshooting errors on EDI 837 or 999
Monitoring experience using Dynatrace
SQL querying experience
Prior BCBS experience
Snowflake experience
