About the role
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant UX design experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex UX work
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and analysts
Proficiency with Figma for UX and visual design
Solid understanding of user?centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
Experience translating research and requirements into effective UX solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non?technical audiences
