About the role
In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, combining technical depth with a strong focus on user experience. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping the product roadmap—collaborating with Product to align on shared experiences and services across the broader portfolio.
You'll work alongside Engineering to design intuitive experiences that serve a range of user personas and experience levels. Leveraging product and user data, you'll drive continuous improvement through thoughtful planning and iteration.
Direct engagement with field teams and customers will be key to deepening product value and impact. As part of our digital organization, you'll also help mentor and learn from a team of experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation.
