JOB#180573 UX Designer/Developer

• Title: UX Designer/Developer
• Location: Smithfield, Rhode Island (hybrid)
• Duration: 6 months with goal to extend long term
• Must Have: 6 to 8 years of experience with a strong background in both UX design and frontend development, with a heavier focus on development at approximately 70 percent development and 30 percent design. Experience with frontend technologies including HTML and JavaScript, experience with platforms similar to WordPress such as Wick Studio, foundational UX design skills including wireframing, web design, and accessibility, strong graphic design fundamentals, and coding experience. Candidates must have a design background.
• Interview Process: Two step Zoom interview. Portfolio must be submitted with resume for manager review.
• Notes: This role requires someone who can balance design and development, with flexibility depending on project needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in complex environments and interacting with executive leadership, requiring strong professionalism and communication skills.
• Nice to Have: Experience working in highly complex environments and experience interacting with senior leadership or executives.
