About the role
Role : UX Product Designer
Location : Onsite Dallas (Grapevine area).
Work Model - hybrid in Dallas
Needs to have great communication and 3+ years mobile app and 3-5 years with UX experience
Candidates Need:
Experience designing for mobile apps (2+ years ideally)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience/training
3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design, or similar
-strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.)
-Experience working with developers in an agile environment
-Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods
-Organized/able to manage multiple projects
Day to day:
-Will work with cross functional teams using agile methods to define user stories and UX deliverables
-Design the visual style, interface and interaction flow of applications and experiences
-Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
-Collaborate with business owners to develop features and flows that align with user's needs
-Create research strategies based on desired outcomes and develop usability plans, scripts and scenarios for prototypes. Regularly formulate and test hypotheses during design iterations
