Qualifications for the role include

• We are Looking for Warehouse IT System Support Technician with 3+ years supporting third-party software , 3+ years of related business experience , a high-level of SQL - Structured Query Language knowledge and WMS Systems experience, and at least an associate degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or a related field .

• The client only wants to review candidates with experience in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and years of SQL. They are not interested in reviewing candidates that only have SQL or helpdesk background.

• Problem solving skills, Fulfillment processes, Adapt to & implement change . Programming skills can be helpful in this role, but not looking for a programmer.

• Also involved in systems upgrades, testing and processes for these areas. There will be issue research, root cause, preventable measures and resolution . This will require SQL work or programming work part of the time.

• Mandatory On Call Schedule: This role requires a mandatory 1-week On-Call rotation to provide 24/7 support for any issues that arise with operations applications. New hires will only be placed into rotation once they are settled in and properly trained.
