Job Title: D365 Developer with Power BI & DAX Experience: 3 to 8 Years Location: Hyderabad Gachibowli Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate joiner Only Interview Mode: Face to face at Gachibowli Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer with strong expertise in Power BI and DAX to design, develop, and support enterprise business applications and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, Power Platform, and advanced Power BI dashboard development. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O) solutions based on business requirements. Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using advanced DAX calculations. Build data models, KPIs, and interactive visualizations for business stakeholders. Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft Power Platform. Optimize Power BI datasets and report performance. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution. Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Required Skills 3–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development. Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations (F&O). Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Web APIs. Strong expertise in Power BI report development. Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). Experience with Power Query (M Language) and data modeling. Knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and database optimization. Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps. Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and source control (Git/Azure DevOps). Preferred Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Dataverse. Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, or ETL processes. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
