Lead GRC Compliance RBI Audit

Role: Lead GRC Compliance Experience: 10+ Years Location: Navi Mumbai Interview Mode: Face To Face Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Roles and Responsibilities: Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead GRC Compliance with strong expertise in RBI regulations, IT audits, Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and regulatory compliance within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RBI audits, regulatory inspections, risk assessments, policy management, and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities Lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives across the organization. Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions, Cyber Security Framework, Digital Payment Security Controls, and other regulatory guidelines . Manage RBI inspections, regulatory audits, internal audits, and external audits. Coordinate audit preparation, evidence collection, compliance reporting, and closure of audit observations. Conduct IT Risk Assessments, Compliance Assessments, and Gap Analysis. Develop, review, and maintain Information Security Policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new compliance requirements. Track compliance findings and work with business and technology teams for remediation. Perform vendor risk assessments and third-party compliance reviews. Prepare MIS reports, compliance dashboards, and management presentations. Collaborate with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams to strengthen governance.
