About the role
Hiring: Salesforce Engineer Location: Bangalore (Hybrid as applicable). Notice period: Immediate to 10 days. Experience: 8+ years overall, 6-7+ years Salesforce. Key Skills & Responsibilities Strong handson experience in Salesforce application design and development. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, Object Modeling, Data Security, Sharing Model, and Salesforce best practices. Experience developing reusable components and scalable solutions. Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Drive code quality through refactoring, continuous improvement, and engineering best practices. Ability to independently analyze business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, etc. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
