Algo Trading Lead

As the Trading API and Algo Trading Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Trading API and Algo Trading ecosystem. Your role will involve collaborating with HNI traders, B2B partners, compliance teams, and technology stakeholders to enhance the firm's algo trading infrastructure and partner ecosystem. To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of capital markets, derivatives, algo trading workflows, Trading APIs, RMS systems, and exchange compliance requirements related to algorithmic trading. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support HNI algo traders by addressing their algo trading, execution, and infrastructure requirements - Cater to B2B partners and ecosystem participants for onboarding and servicing algo traders - Drive partnerships with third-party algo trading platforms for API integrations, infrastructure setup, and hosting requirements - Manage external XTS RMS and related algo trading platforms, including requirement prioritization, implementation coordination, and operational stability - Coordinate with compliance and regulatory stakeholders for algo trading approvals, exchange compliance requirements, static IP whitelisting, and governance processes - Collaborate with internal technology, product, and operations teams to enhance trading API offerings and backend infrastructure - Participate in feature planning, requirement gathering, UAT validation, production rollouts, and issue resolution - Ensure timely execution of ongoing developments and maintain strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders - Build and maintain strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and key clients Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of capital markets, derivatives, options trading, and algo trading workflows - Experience working with Trading APIs, OMS/RMS platforms, and third-party algo ecosystems - Good understanding of exchange and compliance requirements related to algo trading infrastructure and approvals - Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman - Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills If you are passionate about building and scaling Trading API and Algo Trading ecosystems while collaborating closely with traders, partners, and technology teams, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
