Job Description Integration Business Analyst/Product Analyst Hybrid (Remote, Delhi-NCR). Department: Product Engineering. Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initial 36 months with potential conversion). Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Integration Business Analyst/Product Analyst to join our dynamic team on a contracttohire basis. This role combines traditional business analysis responsibilities with product management functions, focusing specifically on integration solutions within our AI software ecosystem. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless integration of our AI products with existing enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Integration Analysis & Design: Analyze existing client systems and infrastructure to identify integration opportunities and challenges. Design integration workflows and data mapping strategies for AI software implementations. Collaborate with technical teams to define API specifications and integration requirements. Develop integration test plans and acceptance criteria. Document integration architectures and technical specifications. Product Analysis & Requirements Management: Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility. Maintain comprehensive requirements documentation and traceability matrices. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with crossfunctional teams. Conduct client interviews and workshops to understand integration needs. Present analysis findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with sales teams to support presales technical discussions. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze integration performance metrics and user adoption data. Create dashboards and reports to track integration success and ROI. Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities. Conduct user behavior analysis to inform product improvements. Support datadriven decision making across the organization. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline integration processes and reduce timetomarket. Develop best practices and standardized approaches for common integration scenarios. Recommend tools and technologies to improve integration efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience: 35 years in business analysis, product analysis, or similar role; 2+ years with software integrations and API management; experience with AI/ML products or enterprise software solutions; proven track record of managing complex technical projects. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL, SOAP); experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.); proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); understanding of database concepts and data modeling; familiarity with AI/ML concepts and terminology. Analytical Skills: Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities; strong data analysis and interpretation skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms; experience with process mapping and workflow design. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation and facilitation abilities; ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders; experience in clientfacing roles; collaborative approach to crossfunctional teamwork. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Product Management; experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI model deployment; background in customer success or technical consulting; familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
