Chief Manager IT Project-Senior Engineering Manager

Role Overview: As the Chief Manager IT Project (Senior Engineering Manager) at our company, you will be responsible for managing application development and delivery for critical business platforms in a fast-paced financial services environment. Your role will require strong technical leadership, project management skills, delivery governance, CI/CD implementation expertise, and team management capabilities. We are looking for a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in Java Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, Angular, and Cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud/AWS) to lead enterprise application development and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java / J2EE, Spring Boot & Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular. - Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS. - Define coding standards, security standards, and development best practices while conducting technical reviews to ensure application quality and performance optimization. - Manage end-to-end project development lifecycle including requirement analysis, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support. - Lead and manage development teams, allocate work, monitor progress, and mentor team members to drive technical capability building. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. - Work on cloud-native or hybrid application deployments using Oracle Cloud or AWS and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for monitoring, optimization, and security compliance. - Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, security, and regulatory standards applicable to BFSI/NBFC domains and participate in production support governance and incident management. Qualifications: - BE / BTech / MCA / ME / MTech from a recognized institution. - 12+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in managing projects, teams, and delivery. - Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and handling multiple projects with cross-functional teams. - Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS Cloud, CI/CD pipeline implementation, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker & Kubernetes, and API integrations. - Preferred skills include exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ, enterprise integration platforms, application security, performance tuning, and BFSI/NBFC domain experience.
