Site Engineer

Position: Site Engineer Supervise the construction site activities and ensure all construction work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules. Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure work is completed on schedule. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and safety of work performed on-site. Prepare and review site reports, progress reports, and other documentation required for the project. Review and manage project budgets and costs; track materials, labor, and equipment usage to ensure budget adherence. Manage and resolve any technical issues or delays that arise during construction. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to, implementing safety protocols on-site. Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and other site staff, ensuring they understand project requirements and deadlines. Liaise with the design and planning teams to ensure all design requirements are met during construction. Ensure effective communication between all team members, including project managers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to ensure the site is always adequately supplied. Participate in site meetings, offering input and providing updates on the status of the project.
