Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise civil construction projects on-site. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards. Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues during construction. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Job Requirements Proven experience in civil site engineering, preferably in construction and architecture. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
