In this role you will have complete technical ownership of one or more products. You'll lead a talented team of engineers to create creative ways of Product Development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology & coding and youll have a proven record of delivering highly operable and maintainable software products on time. Job Description Required Skills - Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Sciences or a related field - 8+ years of IT experience - Hands-on experience in: - Developing scalable & high availability applications - Software development using Agile methodology - Java/J2EE & Spring - REST API (JAX-RS/Spring) - Databases (RDBMS/NoSQL - Any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Any one (NoSQL/Big Data/DevOps) Redis/MongoDB/Neo4j/Elastic Search/Cassandra/HBase /Spark/Kafka/Terraform/Docker/Ansible/Grafana - Troubleshooting issues & diagnosing performance bottlenecks - Good understanding of Architecture & Design - Experience in institutionalizing best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, test driven development, build processes, testing and operations. - Experience in mentoring Senior Engineers Preferred Experience - Exposure to Product Development - Experience of leading large scale projects or products as Tech lead or architect - Relevant Certification in Scrum/J2EE/AWS/GCP/Azure .
