Required Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering, application development, or cloud engineering experience Demonstrated experience building Generative AI applications using LLM technologies Hands-on experience with: Azure AI Foundry Azure OpenAI Services AI application development REST APIs and integrations Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript Modern web application frameworks Git-based development workflows

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: Cursor GitHub Copilot Other AI coding assistants

Strong understanding of: Prompt engineering RAG architectures Vector databases AI agents LLM application patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred Experience working with: HIPAA-regulated environments Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) Clinical data Healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) Snowflake or enterprise data platforms Azure cloud security and identity management

• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype through production deployment Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and healthcare business stakeholders
