Required Technical Skills: Knowledge of the healthcare environment Proficiency in SQL query language and ability to use many query and reporting tools Knowledge of delivery methods, analytics applications and tool portfolio, data sourcing and ETL integration methods Ability to collaboratively solve problems and influence others to contribute to solutions through data collaboration and data sharing A passion for learning new technologies with a track record of acting on this in prior roles Ability to quickly understand the needs for programs and services delivery Basic understanding and familiarity with government regulations (e.g. HIPAA, Clinical Decision Support) preferred Strong analytic skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. A team player and collaborative attitude.
