About the role
As an Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture, your typical day would involve adopting a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients. Engaging with clients to understand their challenges, requirements, and concerns to determine the best OA solution will be a key part of your role. Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans. - Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts. - Exposure to Work Force Analytics using basic and advanced statistical/ML methodologies in the last 1-2 years. - Good to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing. - Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions. - Defining data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs. - Co-creating solutions and assisting clients in developing action plans. - Supporting Product Development and owning the delivery of new OA products. - Building strong relationships with clients and fostering business growth. - Contributing to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community events. Professional & Technical Skills: - 4 to 6 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs. - Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies. - Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital tools. - Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous. - Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment.
