In this pivotal role of Ind & Func AI Decision Science Consultant at Accenture Strategy & Consulting - Talent & organization - Human Capital Analytics, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of data to uncover insights that will help understand the workforce better, making the employees happier and the organization more successful. You will be developing advanced statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions, using your expertise in data analysis and interpretation across different industries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Expertise in Python Programming Language to create efficient and deployable models, along with knowledge of ML API integrations with different solutions. - Good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Relational and Non-Relational Databases. - Utilizing cutting-edge ML and Data Science Skills like Deep learning, LLM, TensorFlow, Time Series Forecasting, Boosting & Bagging, Cohort and Cluster Analysis. - Deep expertise on AWS/AZURE Cloud Services (certification Preferred). - Architecting effective, scalable, and easy-to-understand dashboards and reporting solutions to identify useful insights for the HR team and business leaders. - Being a data storyteller by producing concise, story-driven reports and presentations to communicate analytic insights, using Power Bi and Tableau as the key BI tools. - Developing new KPIs, metrics, and deriving strategical insights. - Excellent communication skills to translate business problems into analytical problems and cultivate strong relationships with clients. - Managing Project Teams by guiding the Analysts and Associates to design desired solutions and work on time-bound deliverables. - Engaging and collaborating with diverse onshore/offshore teams, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability within an agile environment. - Using mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively. - Designing and executing regular and ad-hoc reporting on key HR metrics, offering actionable insights to guide strategic HR decisions. - Assisting in creating communication materials and PPT presentations to support analysis, implementation of programs, or strategic initiatives updates.
