Key responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, optimizing processes like demand planning and inventory management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging analytics and new technologies to improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities Strategy and leadership : Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with client business objectives, lead business transformation programs, and guide project teams. SCM planning : Oversee and optimize supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling, using the OMP framework. Process improvement : Drive business process improvements and enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Client engagement : Work closely with clients to understand their needs, shape transformation roadmaps, and deliver solutions that provide client delight. Technology and innovation : Implement and leverage technologies such as AI, analytics, and automation within supply chain processes and assist in the configuration and implementation of SCM tools like OMP Unison Planning. Project management : Manage project execution, identify risks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones and final deliverables. Analysis and reporting : Analyze data, create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to stakeholders. Collaboration : Collaborate with internal and external teams, including consulting, operations, and client account teams, as well as suppliers. Training : Create user manuals and train clients and users on the capabilities of the new systems and processes.
