Project Role : Process Manufacturing Engineer Project Role Description : Design and optimize chemical, thermal, and/or mechanical industrial processes from concept through commissioning, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Specify equipment, conduct risk assessments, and resolve process issues, while scaling and improving manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality standards to enable reliable, cost-effective production aligned with project objectives. The role requires overseeing these processes from initial concept stages through to commissioning, ensuring that operations are conducted safely and efficiently while meeting compliance standards. The engineer specifies necessary equipment, performs thorough risk assessments, and addresses any process-related challenges that arise. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing manufacturing workflows, improving tools, and maintaining quality standards to support consistent and cost-effective production aligned with the overall project goals. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase operational efficiency. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely resolution of issues. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation. Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize network configurations and performance. Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing effective solutions. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with network security principles and best practices in implementation. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full time education is required.
