Project Role : Engineering Services Lead Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects. Must have skills : Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating collaboration among various engineering disciplines, including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering. You will play a pivotal role in resource assembly and project delivery, ensuring that all engineering solutions are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from 3DEXPERIENCE design through code level Capable of providing solutions & mentoring support to the team, as a SME Taking ownership of individual tasks (implementation and bug fixing) and ensuring the delivery of assignments on-time with quality. Extending Support to the team when required Awareness and adherence to the best practices to the coding standards of Enovia API/EKL/CAA Knack for writing clean, readable code in Java & EKL Knowledge of the Agile approach. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. & Object-oriented programming Experience in 3DExperience/Catia/Enovia – Customization, Java development. Expertise in API technologies such as Rest Webservices Experience in developing web applications using Spring MVC Basic knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and MQL Working knowledge of quality and security scan technologies such as Sonar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE webservices is plus Knowledge on usage of MobaXTerm, IntelliJ Familiarity with build tools such as Gradle Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Experience on DevOps tools like Jenkins/Git/Jira. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 6+ years of experience in 3DExperience/Catia/Enovia – Customization, Java development. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15-year full time education is required.
