JOB DESCRIPTION 6 months to 2 years experience in technical support in computer hardware/OS Experience in installation of Windows, Configuration, Technical Troubleshooting and Remote support IT admin kind of role with system troubleshooting and remote maintenance JOB REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria: Excellent English communication Verbal Written Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Fixed Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am) Ability to work independently or as team worker Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability 2 to 3 years experience in technical support role).
