Manager-Project Delivery

Role Overview: You are an experienced Delivery Manager with 1215 years of IT experience, specializing in Data Migrations, SQL, and ETL processes. Your role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, financial governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Collaboration with US-based clients, internal teams, and vendors is essential to deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of data migration and ETL programs across multiple projects - Define project scope, timelines, delivery approach, and success metrics - Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and best practices - Provide leadership for large-scale healthcare data migration initiatives - Manage project financials including billing, forecasting, and cost optimization - Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients and executive stakeholders - Lead status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive communications - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy, security controls) - Lead, mentor, and grow project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams - Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (BCA /B.Sc / B.Tech / B.E.) - 1215 years of experience in IT project delivery, with significant experience in delivery or project management roles - Strong hands-on experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and ETL processes - PMP, Cloud Certification, or equivalent project management certification preferred - Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies - Experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent projects - Healthcare / EHR domain experience preferred - Experience working with US-based clients and stakeholders - Willingness to work in a hybrid model with overlap during US time zones Additional Company Details: The company values strong leadership and decision-making skills, excellent client-facing and executive communication, strategic thinking with an execution focus, financial acumen and business orientation, problem-solving and risk management mindset, ability to manage ambiguity and complex delivery environments, as well as people leadership, mentoring, and team development.
