System Administrator

You will be responsible for supporting and managing Oracle cloud-based environments and enterprise infrastructure operations by administering and maintaining Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, managing and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, performing Linux server administration, providing Oracle Database support in Linux environments, handling incident management, monitoring infrastructure health, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments - Manage and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations for Oracle SaaS applications - Perform Linux server administration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning - Provide Oracle Database support in Linux environments - Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution - Monitor infrastructure health, system availability, backups, and alerts - Provide on-call, weekend, and off-hours operational support - Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders - Maintain operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system documentation - Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administration - Hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administration - 3+ years of experience in Oracle Database Support in Linux Environment - 3+ years of experience in Linux Server Administration - Experience in Production Support - Ability to provide rotational shift, weekend, and on-call support - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Customer-focused mindset with operational excellence - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment - Flexible to work in rotating shifts including US hours Please note that the job description does not contain any additional details about the company.
