Lead UX/UI Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design process, collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive experiences for the client portal and candidate portal. Your role will involve conducting user research, establishing design standards, shaping processes, and providing guidance to a junior UX/UI designer. Key Responsibilities: - Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences for enterprise customers and consumer users - Conduct user research including interviews, building prototypes, and usability testing to ground designs in customer insights and data - Build and maintain a design system, create reusable patterns, and define best practices that scale across teams - Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate UX into the product development lifecycle - Lead and mentor a junior UX/UI designer, helping them grow their skills and modeling best practices Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design with a track record of delivering enterprise products - Experience in building design systems and setting UX/UI standards from the ground up - Ability to deliver data-informed web and mobile experiences that balance user needs and business goals - Experience working independently in complex organizations with a bias for action - Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools - Prior experience managing designers is strongly preferred - Experience with AI-based design tools is strongly preferred Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.
