Role Overview: You will be joining Accurate Background as an IT Support Specialist, playing a crucial role in providing technical support to teams globally. Your primary responsibility will be troubleshooting various technical issues, supporting IT systems, and collaborating with the global IT team to ensure smooth operations across different regions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues. - Manage IT asset lifecycle and ensure proper user access controls including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning. - Assist with server and network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. - Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues, manage helpdesk queue for timely responses and efficient ticket prioritization. - Collaborate with the global IT team on IT projects and infrastructure improvements. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across systems. - Maintain and enhance IT documentation for consistency and clarity across regions. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science. - 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). - Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS is a plus. - Ability to handle complex troubleshooting tasks and collaborate with cross-regional teams.
