Monitors dashboards round-the-clock which acts as an eye to the whole Vesuvius Infrastructure,NOC Engineers should be able to detect any impending hardware failures,voice and Data network failures and to help identify the root cause of any existing or impending events . NOC engineer will escalate critical events to Operation Group . Experience : 3-5 Years .
