About the role
- Develop and maintain system plans including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules. 2. Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security. 3. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness. 4. Plan and manage software and hardware installations. 5. Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS systems to improve operational efficiency. 6. Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times. 7. Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently. 8. Coordinate with the MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.
