Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans Maintain accurate records of all site-related documentation including spreadsheets, drawings, and photographs Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
