About the role
- Understanding thoroughly the S3C Technology and its Finishing Design Methodology. - Understanding Architectural Graphics & Orthographic Projections - Studying the drawings and its restrictions in terms of finishing ( Tiles, doors, windows, Kitchen platform, MEP fitouts) layout preparation. - Creating finishing layouts along with BOM / BOQ for execution. for eg. tiling layout - Families creation in revit software. - Presenting the designs to the organizational heads before implementation. - Making number of changes and modifications in drawings as per requirement
