Lead the cyber security engagements and projects for our clients Support in implementation of security solutions for our clients and support the clients in their desire to protect the business Independently overlook the execution of assignments of the practice including interaction with the client on regular/daily basis Will be responsible for the quality management and project execution to ensure the Quality standard as adopted by the practice in sync with the organisation goals is met Will be responsible for creating and building client presentations at various stages of clientinteraction Will be independently handling client meetings and interaction with various stake holders atregular basis Responsible for managing team and ensure team is prepared for project execution Liaison with internal support teams to meet practice requirements whenever needed Responsible for ensuring team is adhering to the training calendar developed by the practiceSkillsets we would like to see you exhibit, In order to be able to efficiently deliver your responsibilities it is important to: Be updated on the latest developments in the field of practice and percolate the informationwithin the team Conduct team meetings and interactions at regular intervals Keep the immediate reporting updated on the developments of the team and escalate issues thatneed immediate attention Be responsible for maintaining the team morale Handle challenges that the profile offers during the course of work Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on complex assignments. Conduct research and prepare client presentations, information memorandums and thought leadership documents Contribute to advisory engagements in the capacity of a team member - deliver quality output within assigned timelines. Attend L&D programs and exhibit knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting attributes.
