UI/UX Designer

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize design objectives and understand business and user needs. Designing wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and test and iterate on design solutions. Developing high-fidelity visual designs, including graphics, icons, and layouts, that are consistent with brand guidelines and meet user needs and expectations. Implementing designs using design software, optimizing for different devices and platforms. Working with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs and providing guidance on technical design considerations. Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and best practices and staying informed about new tools and technologies in the field. Must Have: Experience with user interface (UI) design principles and practices, such as layout design, typography, and color theory Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Adobe XD. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies, such as usability testing, user flows, and user research. Experience with design systems and the ability to create and maintain design libraries and style guides. Creativity and a strong visual design sense, as well as the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative design solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively. Nice to Have: Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Ability to create and present design presentations to stakeholders and team members. Ability to work well under tight deadlines and to adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to design for search engine optimization.
